Here is how I will care for your family’s home-buying and selling needs throughout the process. Once you have narrowed down your top options, we will visit the homes together. Wearing my general contractor’s lens, I am able to spot defects in the construction of newly built and in older homes. The information gathered during these home visits will help us negotiate a solid offer and save you money.
I will also be in constant communication with you sharing feedback from showings to how to best minimize stress in this process by delivering the highest quality of service for sales, advertising, and marketing.
